Job summary

Non Engineers, a Bengaluru-based BFSI skilling platform, seeks a placement coordinator on a 3‑month contract with incentives. You will outreach to banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and GCC desks, matching graduates to opportunities and coordinating interviews.

You’ll track advancement and help with resume and interview readiness, while staying hands-on with data via Excel and reports. Role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills; occasional in-person visits in Bengaluru

Responsibilities

The organisation delivers live, instructor-led postgraduate programs in areas such as Relationship Management, Operations Management, Credit Risk Management, and Human Resource Management, each aligned to specific BFSI job roles. Programs blend practical, case-study-driven training with industry-recognized certifications across Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers. Role Description:

• Identify and reach out to local BFSI companies (banks, NBFC, fintechs, GCC hiring desks) with open entry-level roles.
• Build and maintain a live tracker of company contacts and hiring needs/opportunities to be applied by the students.
• Match trained students to openings and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Support students with final resume/interview-readiness checks using existing templates.
• Track every candidate end-to-end : applied, interviewed, offer, joined.
• Comfortable with a 3-month contract structured as monthly performance incentives + a lump-sum bonus on full completion (no fixed monthly stipend) - please only apply if this works for you.
• Comfortable with outbound calls/LinkedIn outreach to HR and TA teams.
• Available for occasional in-person company visits in Bengaluru.
• Must have own Laptop.

Additional information

Stipend Structure:

Fixed Pay: ₹ 12,000 lump sum at the end of contract.

• Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, with the ability to handle spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in BFSI careers, education, or talent development; prior internship or project experience in operations, HR, or placement coordination is an advantage.
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
