Job summary

Ethnus is seeking a Corporate Outreach & Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Relations team in Bangalore. You will identify recruiters, build HR partnerships, coordinate placement drives, and expand employer networks.

Ideal candidates have 6–9 years in corporate relations or placement coordination, a BA/BS in business or HR, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. The role emphasizes teamwork, target orientation, and data reporting to drive student placements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
6–9 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Placement Coordination, Recruitment, or Business Development.
Experience in Education, Training, or IT sector will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good relationship-building and coordination abilities.
Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential recruiters, hiring partners, and industry stakeholders.
Build and maintain professional relationships with HR teams and recruitment partners.
Support the expansion of corporate networks and placement opportunities.
Coordinate placement drives, interviews, recruitment events, and hiring activities.
Schedule and manage interactions between recruiters and students.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination during placement processes.
Assist students with placement-related activities including resume reviews and interview coordination.
Coordinate with training and academic teams to ensure student readiness.
Support employability initiatives and career guidance programs.
Maintain recruiter databases, placement records, and activity trackers.
Prepare reports related to placements, recruiter engagement, and student outcomes.
Track placement performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment practices, and industry requirements.
Identify new opportunities for recruiter engagement and placement expansion.
Conduct market research to support departmental strategies.
Work closely with internal teams for successful execution of placement activities.
Ensure timely communication, documentation, and follow-up with stakeholders.
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
