Job summary

Scaledge Technology in Bengaluru seeks a senior Physical Design Engineer to own block-level PnR and signoff on advanced nodes. You will independently drive floor planning, placement, CTS, routing, extraction, STA, and EM/IR closure to achieve aggressive SoC PPA targets. Candidates should have proven multi-node PD experience and strong ASIC PD fundamentals.

The role demands deep knowledge of PD methodologies and solid digital design basics to deliver high-quality silicon.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Physical Design Engineer with 5–8 years of experience and end-to-end ownership of block-level PnR and signoff on advanced nodes.
• Independently drive floor planning, placement, CTS, routing, extraction, STA, and EM/IR closure to meet aggressive SoC PPA targets.
• Proven experience across multiple advanced technology nodes, deep ASIC PD methodologies, and solid digital design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own block-level physical design flow end-to-end from floor planning to signoff for advanced nodes.
• Lead floor planning, placement, CTS, routing, extraction, STA, and EM/IR closure with discipline and quality.
• Ensure PPA targets for SoC designs are consistently met across multiple tech nodes.
