Job summary

TATA 1 MG is seeking a diligent warehouse/dispensing support role in Mumbai. The incumbent will physically pick and pack orders, verify stock, and hand over to riders while ensuring timely processing within cut-off times. Strong Excel and WMS/PMS/ERP familiarity is required, with emphasis on FEFO/FIFO and patient safety.

Candidate must hold a Maharashtra Pharmacy License and adhere to inventory controls. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid Maharashtra Pharmacy License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are processed within the defined cut-off TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Responsible for physically performing stock receiving and put away processes
• Conduct daily stock audits and ensure accountability for inventory shrinkage
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment, issue resolution, and excellent service

Preferred candidate profile

• Good understanding of medicine storage requirements, expiry management, FEFO/FIFO practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting, inventory tracking, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Pharmacy Management Systems (PMS), and ERP applications.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on dispensing accuracy and patient safety.
