Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and accurate dispensing, storage, and management of medicines within the hospital or healthcare facility. The includes prescription verification, medication dispensing, stock management, expiry monitoring, procurement coordination, storage condition monitoring, documentation, and coordination with doctors and nursing teams while ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
