Job Description

Patient Care Executive is responsible for coordinating and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey by providing guidance, service information, appointment assistance, and coordination with clinical and support departments. The includes patient communication, appointment and investigation coordination, admission and discharge support, follow-up, handling routine concerns, maintaining patient records, collecting feedback, and ensuring a professional and patient-focused service experience.

• Welcome and assist patients and attendants professionally.
• Understand patient requirements, concerns, and service-related queries.
• Provide information regarding hospital services, departments, doctors, and procedures.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation.
• Coordinate patient consultations, investigations, and treatment schedules.
• Guide patients to consultation, diagnostic, treatment, and support areas.
• Support registration, admission, transfer, and discharge-related activities.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
• Track pending investigations, reports, consultations, and service requirements.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment milestones.
• Handle routine patient concerns and facilitate appropriate resolution.
• Escalate clinical, safety, or complex administrative concerns to the appropriate team.
• Assist patients with routine forms, documents, and service-related requirements.
• Support insurance, TPA, or government scheme coordination where applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient interaction, coordination, and follow-up records.
• Collect patient feedback and communicate relevant service concerns.
• Support patient satisfaction and service quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare routine patient care and service activity reports.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Follow hospital SOPs, communication standards, patient service procedures, and professional conduct requirements.
