Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) invites experienced Pharma Recruiters to support our Pharma/Lifesciences clients in the US market. This role focuses on staffing across clinical, scientific, non-IT, IT, and engineering divisions with direct clients.

Shift: EST/PST. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in Pharma/Life sciences recruiting, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Pharma/Life sciences supporting the US Staffing market.
• Experience working for Direct clients.
• Understanding of various visa types and tax terms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player and a quick learner.
