Smart Ims in Hyderabad is seeking a US Pharma Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US market roles in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Clinical and Healthcare.

You will source, screen and close candidates, ensuring a top-notch candidate and client experience. Requires hands-on US staffing (W2/C2C/1099), MSP/VMS familiarity, and strong sourcing using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in US Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Healthcare, or Medical Device industries.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, TN, etc.).
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, and other sourcing techniques.

We are looking for a motivated US Pharma Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Clinical, and Healthcare positions across the US market. You will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer closure, while ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US Pharma/Life Sciences Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Healthcare, or Medical Device industries.
• Strong understanding of US staffing concepts including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS clients is preferred.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, TN, etc.).
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, and other sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
