Pharma Recruiter – support our Fortune 500 clients in the US market.

Shift: EST/PST

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies for identifying Pharma professionals.
• Exhibit an aggressive go‑getter attitude with positive communication and excellent rapport‑building skills.
• Participate in the full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing resumes to placing candidates on projects.
• Create and sustain a medium‑to‑large recruiting pipeline, meet requirement targets, and provide regular status reports.
• Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Draft recruitment job advertisements for job portals and social media platforms.
• Identify strong candidates through resume databases (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, and phone calls.
• Create and maintain candidate databases and corresponding resume databases.
• Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of application status.
• Facilitate contacts and network by maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.

Requirements
