Job summary

Tata Capital in Pune invites dynamic sales professionals to drive personal loan growth. You will identify leads, assess customer needs, explain loan products and coordinate the end-to-end disbursement process with credit & operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, are target-driven and relish customer interaction. Freshers or those with BFSI/sales experience are welcome for applicable openings in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential personal loan customers.

• Log loan applications in the system and coordinate the process until disbursement.
• Follow up with customers and internal Credit & Operations teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products wherever applicable.

• Develop relationships with vendors/channel partners for business generation.
• Ensure all activities follow company policies, SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.
