Job summary

Satnam Transport Company is seeking a proactive loan sales professional to drive lead generation and new customer acquisition for various loan products. You will explain products, gather documents, and coordinate with credit and operations teams to move applications forward.

The role requires field visits, follow-ups, and achievement of monthly targets, while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliant processes. Experience in lending is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, rates, fees, tenure and repayment terms.
• Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Arrange field visits, meetings, and follow-ups to convert leads into applications.
• Collect and verify KYC, income, employment, banking, and other documents.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for timely processing of applications.
• Maintain regular follow-ups from application through approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements.
• Maintain records of leads, applications, approvals, disbursements, and interactions.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, agents, and referral partners.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other financial products.
• Monitor pending applications and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
• Maintain high standard of customer service and handle queries professionally.
• Stay updated on changes in loan products, market conditions, competitor offerings, and lending policies.
