Job summary

Accfin Hr Consultancy in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Digital Ads Manager to lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.

You will test and optimize creatives, copy, and targeting, monitor KPIs daily, and work with creative, content, and product teams to drive conversions and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid digital ad campaigns and performance budgets.
• Ability to interpret data, compute CPA/ROAS/CTR/CLV and troubleshoot dips.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, track campaign KPIs, and build dashboards to present actionable insights.
• Budget Allocation: Manage and optimize media spend allocations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability per campaign.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, content, and product teams to design high-converting marketing assets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience managing paid digital ad campaigns and performance budgets.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, calculate metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CLV), and troubleshoot performance dips.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with advertising managers and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Certifications: Industry credentials such as Google Ads Search/Display Certification or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
