Digital Buzz, a real estate-focused marketing agency in Thane, seeks a Performance Marketing Executive to run paid campaigns and generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.

The candidate will monitor performance metrics, optimize budgets, and collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Relevant hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads is required.

• Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce CPL.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
