Job summary

Yellow Octo LLP is hiring a hands-on Performance Media Buyer to lead lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role requires 1–3 years in performance marketing with direct-response campaign experience and strong CPL/CPA focus.

The position is remote/hybrid in India, offering a fixed ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month plus a performance incentive of ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, based on campaign results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying.
• Direct-response lead-generation campaign experience.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager: targeting, Lookalike Audiences, Advantage+.
• Experience running Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Knowledge of bidding strategies: Maximize Conversions, Target CPA.
• Ability to monitor budgets and optimize CPL, CPA and lead quality.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI and conversion tracking.
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor and optimize daily ad spends, CPL, CPA, conversion rates and lead quality.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Develop and test different ad creatives, hooks, headlines and copy variations.
• Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Optimize landing pages, pre-landers and lead forms to improve conversion rates.
• Manage tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI and UTM parameters.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to pause, optimize or scale campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.

We are looking for an execution-focused *Performance Media Buyer* who can independently manage, optimize and scale lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor and optimize daily ad spends, CPL, CPA, conversion rates and lead quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying.
• Practical experience managing direct-response lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, Lookalike Audiences and Advantage+ campaigns.
• Experience running Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Understanding of bidding strategies such as Maximize Conversions and Target CPA.
• Ability to monitor campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA and lead quality.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI and conversion tracking.
• Working knowledge of landing page optimization, CRM integrations and automation tools such as Zapier or Make.com.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

• *Fixed:* ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated campaign performance.
• *Variable:* Up to ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, linked to lead volume, lead quality and campaign profitability.
