• Strong client-facing and leadership ability.
• Digital marketing agency experience is mandatory.
• Real Estate, Healthcare, B2B or Education experience is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaign performance, high-budget accounts, team execution and client strategy.

This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, solve performance challenges and drive measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy and performance across multiple client accounts.
• Manage and scale ₹20L+ monthly advertising budgets.
• Drive lead generation, CPL, lead quality, conversion and ROAS performance.
• Build and optimize Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display and Meta campaigns.
