• Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Handle daily budget allocation and maximize ROAS.
• Perform detailed audience research and competitor analysis.
• Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring.
• Implement conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM, and event tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
• Run A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
• Improve CTR, reduce CPA, and increase conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest platform updates and algorithm changes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fully remote role designed for high-performance professionals with strictly 1–2 years of hands-on experience who can independently manage and optimize paid campaigns.The ideal candidate must have strong practical expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.Immediate joiners are preferred.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically looking for a highly reliable, independent professional with 1–2 years of relevant experience who can take ownership of performance marketing activities from planning and execution through optimization and reporting.This role is not execution-only you will be responsible for planning, execution, optimization, and scaling campaigns across platforms.This role is specifically intended for professionals at the 1–2 year experience level.If you are someone who can handle responsibilities from strategy to results and is comfortable being accountable for campaign performance, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strictly1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Funnel Optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking tools
• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present campaign insights clearly and confidently
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
