PPC Guru, a performance marketing agency, seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and turn ad spend into measurable results.

You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, handle budgets, bidding, and retargeting, and ensure accurate conversion tracking for clients. This role is remote with international clients and offers growth within the agency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven results improving leads, sales, or ROAS.
• Experience with Google Search and Performance Max, plus Meta campaigns.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and reporting.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage keywords, audiences, budgets, bidding, and retargeting.
• Test ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve leads and sales.
• Set up and check conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Monitor campaign performance and share clear reports and recommendations with clients.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Proven results improving leads, sales, or return on ad spend.
• Experience with Google Search and Performance Max, plus Meta's Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• A strong understanding of conversion tracking and campaign reporting.
• The ability to manage multiple client accounts independently and communicate clearly.
• Full-time availability during Eastern Time business hours.
