Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PPC Specialist specializing in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Search Ads. The successful candidate will create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on various social media platforms and search engines. Responsibilities also include analyzing web analytics, liaising with clients, and providing regular performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement data-driven paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Gain a deep understanding of client businesses—industry, pain points, value propositions—and tailor PPC strategies accordingly.
3. Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor analysis, and identify high-intent opportunities.
4. Optimize campaigns for ROI/ROAS through A/B testing, creative iteration, and bid adjustments.
5. Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals.
6. Create performance reports with insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
7. Act proactively with clients, suggesting ideas and campaign strategies aligned with their business goals.

Qualifications

1. 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
2. Ability to think strategically beyond clicks and impressions—understanding the 'why'.
3. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
4. Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns with structured reporting.
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
