Job summary

Growvex Digital in Jaipur is hiring a hands-on Digital Ads Specialist to run Meta and Google Ads, optimize campaigns, and drive ROAS for D2C and service brands. The role covers performance tracking, reporting, and collaboration with the creative team to ensure conversion-focused assets.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, strong KPI grounding, and comfort with large paid budgets. This is an on-site role based in Jaipur with growth opportunities in a founder-led agency.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance KPIs and how they connect to business results.
• Comfortable managing and scaling paid budgets (₹5L-₹70L+/month accounts is a plus).
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
• Experience with e-commerce / Shopify brands preferred.
• Ability to explain why a campaign is working or failing, not just screenshot dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and more.
• Own day-to-day account management: structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, and testing.
• Track and improve core KPIs: ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, conversion rate, MER.
• Set up and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, GTM.
• Analyse performance daily/weekly; identify winners and killers; report clearly.
• Collaborate with creative team on UGC, statics and video that convert.
• Manage multiple client accounts across D2C and service brands.
• Stay updated on platform changes and apply them quickly.

Growvex Digital is a founder-led performance marketing agency based in Jaipur. We run Meta Ads, Google Ads, creatives, and Shopify growth for D2C and service brands across fashion, innerwear, ethnic wear, beauty, education, F&B, healthcare, hospitality and more.

We don't sell vanity metrics. We sell ROAS, AOV, CPA and revenue. If you live inside Ads Manager and Google Ads and actually care about the numbers, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen)
• Own day-to-day account management: structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative testing and scaling
• Track and improve core KPIs: ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, conversion rate, MER
• Set up and maintain tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, GTM)
• Analyse performance daily/weekly, find what's working, kill what isn't, and report clearly
• Work with the creative team on UGC, statics and video that actually convert
• Handle multiple client accounts across D2C and service brands
• Stay updated on platform changes and apply them fast

What we're looking for
