Role Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns for multiple high-value verticals targeting the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
• Build full-funnel strategies (cold, warm, retargeting)
• Drive high-quality B2B and high-ticket B2C leads
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels & analytics
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise for CPL, CPA & ROI
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams
