Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition.
• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Create and set up Facebook Ad accounts and Business Managers from scratch; manage day-to-day ad operations and scaling using Meta Suite.
• Handle landing pages and perform basic website maintenance (banners, links, CTAs, layout tweaks).
• Execute multi-channel campaigns tailored for Lead Generation, E-commerce, B2B and B2C segments.
• Track key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA), monitor ROI, and maintain detailed performance reports using MS Excel.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our digital acquisition, user growth, and lead generation efforts.

The ideal candidate must have hands‑on expertise in running Meta/Facebook Ads, setting up ad accounts from scratch, managing landing pages, handling basic website edits, and analyzing data using MS Excel. If you have a proven track record of scaling performance campaigns and maximizing ROI across different sales models, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, test, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to achieve target acquisition costs (CPA) and ROI.
• Meta Suite & Account Setup: Create and set up Facebook Ad accounts and Business Managers completely from scratch. Utilize Meta Suite proficiently to manage day‑to‑day ad operations and scaling.
• Website & Landing Page Updates: Handle landing pages and perform basic website maintenance (e.g., changing banners, updating hyperlinks, CTA buttons, and basic layout tweaks).
• Sales & Strategy Execution: Execute multi‑channel campaigns tailored for different sales models, including Lead Generation, E-commerce, B2B, and B2C segments.
• Data & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA), monitor overall ROI, and maintain detailed, structured performance reports using MS Excel.

Candidate Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven hands‑on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition.

Technical Skills:

• Strong mastery over Meta Ads Manager and Meta Suite.
• Experience with landing page management tools and basic website updates.
• Analytical Skills: Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data tracking, and reporting).
• Sales Model Knowledge: Hands‑on exposure to Lead Generation and/or E-commerce / B2B/B2C campaigns.
• Education: Graduate in any stream (Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields will be preferred).
