Job summary

Talentinflux Careers is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist for a Gurgaon-based digital marketing company serving US/Canada clients. You will lead hands-on paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads, driving lead-gen and appointment-booking programs with automation and attribution.

You’ll optimize CPL, ROAS, and lead quality while building CRM pipelines using HubSpot and GoHighLevel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Digital marketing agency experience is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and GoHighLevel automation.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and lead-generation campaigns.
• Solid understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Microsoft/Bing campaigns.
• Manage lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
• Improve CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Build marketing automation workflows, funnels, and CRM pipelines using HubSpot and GoHighLevel.
• Implement conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and lead attribution.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting.
• Create performance dashboards and campaign reports.
• Manage multiple client accounts and communicate with stakeholders.
• Own and manage paid campaigns for agency clients and internal brands; collaborate with account managers.
• Participate in campaign reviews and performance discussions with English-speaking stakeholders.
• Leverage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations for measurement.
• Drive AI-powered marketing automation initiatives and CRO improvements.
• Work with US/Canada-based B2B clients and optimize landing pages.

About the Role - Performance Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist for a Gurgaon-based digital marketing company serving B2B, industrial, and manufacturing clients across the US and Canada.

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven professional to join a growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, marketing automation, and performance tracking.

This is an execution-focused, individual contributor role involving the management of paid advertising campaigns for both internal brands and international agency clients.

The candidate should be confident in managing campaigns independently, optimizing performance, implementing lead attribution systems, and communicating directly with stakeholders.

We welcome self-motivated, quick learners who enjoy experimenting with new strategies, improving campaign ROI, and building scalable marketing systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing multiple client accounts and lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
• Ability to work independently and manage campaign performance.
• Experience working with US/Canadian B2B clients.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations.
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing automation.

- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

- Working Days: Monday to Friday

- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
