Job summary

Kiganto (AI Marketing Automation) is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, run, optimize and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will own lead generation, analytics and landing-page optimization, collaborating with Creative, Content, Sales and Business Head teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of GA4, conversion tracking and analytics.
• Experience in lead generation, A/B testing and CRO.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing) and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Run LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
• Plan and execute lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Track and improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, ad copy and landing pages.
• Set up and manage tracking using GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Manage campaign budgets and scale winning campaigns.
• Optimize landing pages (CRO) with the Design and Development teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights.

About the Role
