Katyayani Organics Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for our ecommerce site and mobile app.

You will own performance metrics, manage audience targeting, run continuous A/B tests, and collaborate with Product, Creative, Sales, and Tech to drive app installs, registrations, user acquisition, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in a digital setup.
• Hands-on app marketing campaigns experience (iOS/Android).
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, CAC/CPA, CPI and attribution models.

Job description

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for our e-commerce website and mobile app. In this role, you will own performance metrics, manage audience targeting and campaign scaling, conduct continuous A/B testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive app installs, registrations, user acquisition, and revenue growth.

• Campaign Management & Optimization:
• Plan, execute, and optimize high-ROI performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for both the e-commerce website and mobile application.
• Drive key growth metrics, including app installs, user acquisition, registrations, and revenue through data-driven optimization strategies.
• Metrics & Performance Ownership:
• Own, monitor, and continuously improve core business and unit economics metrics, including ROAS, Revenue, CAC, CPA, CPI, LTV, and user retention.
• Track performance daily, analyze campaign data, and deliver actionable insights through structured, regular reporting.
• Audience Strategy & Growth Scaling:
• Direct and refine audience targeting, remarketing tactics, lookalike audiences, and full-funnel campaign scaling strategies.
• Lead continuous A/B testing across ad creatives, target audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to lift conversion rates and overall performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Product, Creative, Sales, and Tech teams to optimize conversion funnels and enhance overall user journeys.
  

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:
• 2–3 years of Performance Marketing experience within a digital marketing agency setting.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience directly managing and optimizing app marketing campaigns.
• Platform & Domain Expertise:
• Deep, practical knowledge and strong execution skills on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Good understanding of conversion funnels, event tracking setups, attribution models, and campaign measurement frameworks.
• Proven experience utilizing mobile and web attribution/analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics (GA4).
• Excellent analytical abilities with advanced Excel skills (proficient with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas).
