Job summary

Zynetic Electric Vehicles Charging is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram/Meta from our Noida office. You will drive B2B lead generation, optimize campaigns, and build data-driven dashboards using GA4, GTM, and CRM data to improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversions.

• Proven experience generating and scaling B2B leads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion funnels.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
• Analytical, data-driven, and highly execution-focused.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy to optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Drive qualified B2B leads while improving CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Track performance through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM data.
• Build dashboards and provide clear weekly performance insights.
• Work with sales and content/design teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
• Manage remarketing, retargeting, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
