Job summary

Shemrock is seeking a senior Performance Marketing professional to lead and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms. You will manage end-to-end campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, and budgets to meet business targets.

In this role, you will monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions, perform A/B testing on creatives and landing pages, and collaborate with Creative, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Performance Marketing with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and digital marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and related tracking tools.

Responsibilities
