Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies (Hiring for a Client) in Gurugram is seeking an accomplished Performance Marketing professional with deep experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and GTM to manage multi-channel campaigns.

The ideal candidate will drive audience remarketing, optimize touchpoints, and improve conversions while tracking the full user journey from click to sale. A strong background in both B2C and B2B campaigns is a plus.

Qualifications

• 36 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing budgets up to 1 Cr across Google & Meta.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 & GTM.
• Strong command over remarketing building audiences, sequencing touchpoints, and driving conversions.
• Solid understanding of GA4 to track the complete user journey, from first click to final conversion.
• Experience running both B2C and B2B campaigns (a strong plus).
• Strong analytical chops excel chops.
