AlgoTest (YC S22) is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager in Delhi to own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta and Google. You will manage budgets, test channels, and drive CAC/ROAS targets with a data-driven approach, writing briefs and defending every rupee spent.

The role is hands-on, with strong emphasis on creative testing and tracking accuracy. Onsite in Delhi NCR, you should be comfortable relocating if needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on paid campaigns with meaningful monthly spend.
• Deep, practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Has owned a CAC or ROAS target and consistently hit it.
• Familiar with tracking, UTMs, attribution, and pulling data.

About The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who has actually spent real money and brought back real revenue. You'll own paid acquisition end to end at AlgoTest: Meta, Google, and whatever else works. Our audience is Indian retail traders - skeptical, price sensitive, and hard to fool with generic creative. You need to understand what makes them click, sign up, and pay. This is a hands on role. You'll be inside Ads Manager daily, writing creative briefs, killing bad campaigns fast, and defending every rupee of spend with numbers.

What You'll Do

• Own Paid Acquisition
• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google (Search, YouTube)
• Own budget allocation across products - core platform, RA campaigns, and crypto
• Test new channels when the existing ones plateau
• Own CAC and ROAS
• You're accountable for cost per signup, cost per paid user, and payback period
• Know your CAC, not just platform reported numbers
• Cut spend that isn't working without waiting to be told
• Drive Creative That Converts
• Write briefs, work with Design and video editors, and ship creative in volume
• Run structured creative tests - hooks, angles, formats, landing pages
• Build a creative library that keeps working after the first two weeks
• Keep Tracking Honest
• Work with Marketing Ops on pixels, UTMs, conversion APIs, and server-side tracking
• Reconcile platform numbers with backend data
• Report clearly on what's working, what's not, and where the next rupee should go

What We're Looking For

Must Haves

• 2 - 4 years running paid campaigns with meaningful monthly spend
• Deep hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• You've owned a CAC or ROAS target and hit it
• Comfortable with tracking, attribution, UTMs, and pulling your own data
• Strong creative judgment - you know why an ad worked, not just that it did
• High ownership, low hand-holding
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate (onsite role)

Nice to Haves

• FinTech or EdTech background
• Experience running compliance sensitive finance campaigns (Meta ad restrictions)
• Understanding of Futures & Options or crypto trading
• Prior trading experience (not mandatory, but useful)
