About the role

You’ll lead paid media strategy across our entire performance roster — Meta Ads, Google Ads, occasionally LinkedIn and YouTube. You’ll set the strategy, manage budgets, and own results. We’ve managed ₹8 Cr+ in ad spend — this role steers a meaningful chunk of that.

What you’ll do

• Own paid campaigns across 10+ active clients
• Manage monthly budgets from ₹50K to ₹15L per client
• Set up tracking (Pixel, GA4, conversion API) and report on what’s working
• Run A/B tests on creative, audiences and offers
• Brief the creative team on what ads to build, based on data

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years running Meta Ads + Google Ads professionally
• Track record of campaigns with clear ROAS / CPA improvements
• Comfortable with GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion API, UTM tracking
• Strong numbers brain — can read a dashboard and spot the story
• Can write a media plan and defend it to a client
