Job summary

Sarrthiias in India is seeking a skilled performance marketing specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital advertising platforms. You will manage budgets, bidding, audience segmentation, and CPL/CPA targets, driving high-quality leads and conversions while improving ROAS.

Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Sales teams and provide regular performance reports. This role requires staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices to scale successful campaigns

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital advertising platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, audience segmentation, and overall performance.
• Drive quality leads and conversions while maintaining target CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Work closely with Creative, Content, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
