Job summary

Learnsyte Learning in Bengaluru, India seeks a Performance Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and scale Meta, Google, and YouTube ad campaigns driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.

You will manage end-to-end marketing funnels, analyze data to optimize CPL/CAC and conversion rates, and run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, collaborating with internal teams to align with goals.

• Plan, execute, and scale Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads campaigns to drive high-quality lead generation and maximize ROI
• Manage and optimize end-to-end performance marketing funnels (Cold traffic + Lead Retargeting —+ Conversion)
• Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize CPL, CAC, and conversion rates through data-driven decisions
• Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to build high-converting ad creatives and landing pages aligned with campaign goals
