Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) for property launches and sales.
• Build and manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns.
• Design funnels from awareness to conversion including site visits and bookings.
• Generate leads via instant forms, landing pages, WhatsApp, calls, and website inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales to assess lead quality, status, and follow-ups.
• Monitor budgets, lead volume, CPL, cost per site visit, and ROAS.
• Develop audience strategies, keywords, ad copies, creatives, and landing messaging.
• Manage negative keywords, bids, geographic targeting, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with website, CRM, and sales teams to ensure timely lead routing.
• Create remarketing campaigns for site visitors and prior leads not yet converted.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

Experience: 4-5 years

We are seeking a data-driven Meta and Google Ads Specialist to plan, launch, optimise, digital campaigns for real-estate projects. The person will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for residential and/or commercial properties, improving cost per lead, increasing site-visit bookings, and supporting the sales team with accurate campaign and lead-performance insights.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, lead-generation funnels, landing pages, CRM integrations, conversion tracking, remarketing, and real-estate advertising compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for property launches, inventory sales, open houses, site visits, and remarketing.
• Create and optimise Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and remarketing campaigns based on business objectives.
• Build campaign funnels for awareness, lead generation, consideration, site-visit booking, and conversion.
• Generate leads through instant forms, landing pages, WhatsApp, call campaigns, and website enquiry forms.
• Work with the sales team to understand lead quality, site-visit status, booking conversions, objections, and follow-up gaps.
• Monitor daily budgets, lead volume, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, cost per site visit, and return on ad spend.
• Create and test audience strategies, keywords, ad copies, property creatives, videos, carousels, lead forms, and landing-page messaging.
• Manage negative keywords, search terms, bid strategies, budgets, geographic targeting, and competitor campaigns in Google Ads.
• Coordinate with website, CRM, and sales teams to ensure leads are captured accurately and assigned quickly.
• Build remarketing campaigns for website visitors, video viewers, lead-form openers, old leads, and prospects who have not booked a site visit.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Analyse lead quality by campaign, source, ad set, keyword, location, project, and sales outcome.
• Ensure campaigns comply with Meta and Google advertising policies, especially housing-related requirements.
• Keep updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, conversion tracking, and real-estate lead-generation practices.
