Job summary

NextLeap is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads specialist to own strategy, budgeting, and execution for our campaigns in Bengaluru. The role is in-office, requires a minimum of 2 years running Meta Ads, and involves managing monthly ad budgets of ₹30L+ with a strong focus on ROAS and enrolment funnel optimization.

You will partner with a creative agency to craft winning creatives, scale successful campaigns, and continually improve performance. Join by 30 days preferred.

You'll own NextLeap's Meta Ads engine from strategy and budget allocation to execution and outcomes. You'll work closely with our creative agency and be directly accountable for ROAS. End-to-end Meta campaign management: targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and scaling. Develop creative strategies by writing briefs, testing hooks, and identifying winning creatives. Manage our creative agency, review campaign performance, and drive continuous improvements. Own the marketing funnel from CPL to enrolment while maximizing ROAS.

Deep understanding of the Meta Ads platform, including campaign structure, bidding, attribution, audience types, and event quality. Ability to efficiently manage ad spend by scaling winning campaigns and eliminating underperforming ones. Strong creative judgment with an understanding of what resonates with an aspirational, value-conscious audience. Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and a bias for action. AI-native professional with hands-on experience using tools like Claude and n8n to build scalable workflows.
