We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Marketer to lead paid media initiatives across key digital advertising channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns with a strong focus on measurable outcomes such as ROAS, ACOS, CAC, CPA, conversion efficiency, and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across platforms including:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and cost efficiency.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and channel allocation to maximize returns.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creatives, audiences, campaign structures, and landing pages.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions to improve efficiency and scale.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable performance outcomes.
• Understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, analytics tools, and reporting.
• Comfortable working with numbers, campaign data, and optimization frameworks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in e-commerce / D2C / marketplace performance marketing.
• Familiarity with product feed ads, retargeting, and marketplace sponsored ads.
• Experience managing performance campaigns for consumer brands.
