Vivaan Hr Solutions Lucknow is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms from Lucknow. You will focus on driving measurable growth and ROI through data-driven strategies and rigorous A/B testing.

You will collaborate with sales, content, creative, product, and technology teams to improve the full marketing funnel, monitor performance, report insights, and iterate on campaigns to maximize ROAS.

Qualifications
