Ojas Softech is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager for its AstroSage initiatives in Noida. The role centers on strategy, execution, and ownership of growth campaigns across Google, Meta, app campaigns, affiliates, and influencers.

You will drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue, while owning ROAS, CAC, and budget management. Collaboration with creative, product, SEO, and content teams is essential, with leadership responsibilities over juniors and agencies.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
• 8+ years in performance marketing for B2C brands or digital platforms.
• Proven ROI-driven campaign scaling experience.
• Strong analytics skills with GA and ad platforms.
• Ability to manage budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, app campaigns, affiliates, and influencer marketing.
• Drive user acquisition, registrations, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Own ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and budgets.
