HackerKernel is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive experienced in managing ROI-focused paid campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms. You will drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while optimizing campaigns for measurable results.

You will collaborate with design, content and development teams to improve performance, analyze data using GA4, GTM, and reporting tools, and stay ahead of industry trends to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.
• Proven experience working with clients or digital marketing agencies.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused marketing.
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and campaign reporting tools.
• Experience in B2B and SaaS marketing is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
