Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd in Surat is seeking a Performance Marketer to join our media buying team on-site. You will own Meta advertising campaigns across a D2C brand portfolio, plan, execute and optimize to drive client growth, and collaborate with founders, media buyers and creative teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Meta Ads experience with proven ability to secure effective ad placements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and relay requirements between internal teams and clients.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and data-driven decision-making, backed by a completed digital marketing course (Google, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Ability to present creative and performance updates as a coherent narrative for clients.
• Strong creative ideation skills, translating brand and campaign context into performing content.
• Experience with D2C brands or content-led marketing is advantageous; 0–1 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads or similar paid media platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Performance Marketer to join our media buying team and take ownership of Meta advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of D2C brands from fashion and jewellery to wellness and food. You'll work closely with our founders, media buyers, and creative team to plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns that directly drive client growth.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be setting up and managing Meta ad accounts, analyzing performance data, and translating numbers into clear, actionable stories for clients — while collaborating with our content and design team to make sure creative and strategy move together.

Qualifications

• Strong Media Buying and Media Planning skills, including hands-on experience with Meta Ads, with a proven ability to secure effective ad placements
