We are looking for a data‑driven and growth‑oriented Performance Marketing Executive who has hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance analysis to drive high‑quality leads and business growth. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads App Campaigns for app installs and user acquisition.
• Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and conversion rate.
• Conduct keyword, audience, creative, and campaign performance analysis.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data‑driven optimization decisions.
• Manage budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad assets such as images, videos, and copy.
• Track app campaign performance using tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Analyze user acquisition quality and suggest improvements to increase high‑value users.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and action points.
• Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, app campaign updates, and mobile marketing trends.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and performance marketing fundamentals.
• Experience in lead generation or app promotion campaigns is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to understand campaign data and take optimization decisions independently.
• Basic understanding of landing page optimization and funnel analysis.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
