Job summary

AdFox Media in Mumbai’s Andheri West is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopping. You will manage 8-12 client accounts, pace budgets daily, and ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and offline imports where possible.

• Written English good enough for a client-facing report

Must have

• Agency background. Multi-account context switching is the actual difficulty of this job, and it’s hard to simulate in-house.

04 / What’s hard about it

Five clients will want five things on the same Thursday. Budgets are small enough that a bad week is visible immediately. And you’ll be asked to justify decisions in writing more often than you’re probably used to, because that’s how the studio runs.
