Job summary

Eloelo Bengaluru is hiring a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing to be the daily engine for our UA operations. You will run campaigns, monitor spend, and ensure data integrity across Meta Ads, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads, under guidance.

You will log metrics, fix hygiene issues, and work with creative/reporting teams to accelerate learning and accountability. This role is built for growth into campaign ownership as you sharpen execution skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on performance marketing execution experience on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google UAC; Apple Search Ads exposure is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Excel proficiency for daily tracking and reporting.
• Good communication to coordinate with creative and reporting teams.
• Eager to learn and grow into campaign optimisation and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily campaign operations: launches, pauses, budget top-ups, and asset uploads across Meta Ads, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads
• Monitor spend and delivery daily and flag underspend, overspend, or delivery drop-offs
• Log daily performance numbers (spend, CAC, installs) into trackers/dashboards
• Fix account-level hygiene issues, such as disapprovals and tracking breaks
• Support attribution hygiene by checking AppsFlyer event flow daily
• Coordinate with the creative team to get approved assets live on time
• Maintain and update internal reporting sheets/dashboards accurately and on schedule
• Escalate anomalies to the reporting manager with initial diagnosis

Role Summary

We're hiring a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing to be the daily engine room of our UA operations. This role is majorly day-on-day execution: running the account, keeping campaigns healthy, and getting the fundamentals right every single day across Meta, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads, under the direction of the Assistant Manager/Manager.

What You'll Do

• Execute daily campaign operations: launches, pauses, budget top-ups, and asset uploads across Meta Ads, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads
• Monitor spend and delivery every day and flag underspend, overspend, or delivery drop-offs immediately
• Action routine, well-defined changes (bid tweaks, audience refresh, creative swap-in) as instructed by the Assistant Manager/Manager
• Check and log daily performance numbers (spend, CAC, installs) into standard trackers/dashboards without gaps
• Fix account-level hygiene issues, such as disapprovals, tracking breaks, and naming errors, as they come up
• Support attribution hygiene by checking AppsFlyer (or equivalent MMP) event flow daily and flagging breaks
• Coordinate with the creative team to get approved assets live on time
• Maintain and update internal reporting sheets/dashboards accurately and on schedule, every day
• Escalate anomalies (CAC spikes, spend drops, disapprovals) to the reporting manager with initial diagnosis

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on performance marketing execution experience on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google UAC; Apple Search Ads exposure is a plus
• Comfortable doing repetitive, high-volume daily account work with consistency and zero drop in diligence
• Basic understanding of UA metrics (CAC, ROAS, spend pacing), enough to spot when something looks off
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for daily tracking and reporting
• Good communication skills to coordinate with creative and reporting teams
• Eagerness to learn: this role is built to grow into campaign optimisation and, eventually, channel ownership

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a B2C/consumer app environment
• Exposure to MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar)
• Familiarity with regional Indian language markets

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

• Zero-gap daily execution and reporting across assigned ad accounts, with nothing missed and nothing late
• Consistently accurate, on-time flagging of anomalies before they compound
• Ready to take on independent campaign optimisation ownership
