Job summary

Social Hippi, a digital marketing agency for boutique luxury hotels, seeks a Performance Marketing Executive in Bangalore. You will plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, optimize budgets, and build dashboards to deliver client insights.

You'll work with AI-driven marketing automation tools to improve efficiency, run A/B tests, and collaborate with content and design for compelling ad creatives. 1–2 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with GA4, Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

Job description

Social Hippi is a digital marketing agency working exclusively with boutique luxury hotels (15-20 clients and growing). We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to run paid campaigns and help us build out AI-driven marketing automation.

Experience: 1-2 years

Type: Full-time

What you'll do:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for boutique luxury hotel clients
• Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative based on data
• Build performance dashboards/reports and turn data into clear insights for clients and internal teams
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROAS and cost efficiency
• Track CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and flag issues/opportunities early
• Work with AI tools and automations (reporting, campaign audits, creative generation, WhatsApp/lead follow-up) to boost team efficiency, and pitch new automation ideas
• Collaborate with content/design on ad creative briefs
• Stay on top of platform updates and new ad formats across Google and Meta

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (agency experience preferred)
• Strong analytical skills - comfortable in Excel/Sheets, reading data, drawing conclusions
• Working knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
• Genuine interest in AI tools and automation, and willingness to learn new workflows
• Strong ownership mindset - can run multiple client accounts independently
• Good communication skills to present data and recommendations clearly
• Bonus: experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury/D2C
