Qualifications

• Startup-ready, able to own a client’s digital presence on lean budgets.
• Strong written English; Hindi/Hinglish copywriting a plus.

Responsibilities

About the role

Sageties Marketing is hiring a Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to run paid media, SEO, and marketing automation for our client portfolio (real estate and other verticals), and to use AI tools to do it faster and leaner than a traditional agency team. You'll own campaign strategy and execution end-to-end — from targeting and creative to reporting and CRM automation — and act as a force multiplier by building AI-assisted workflows (creative generation, copywriting, reporting, lead follow-up) rather than doing everything by hand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search + Performance Max), and, where relevant, LinkedIn/TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads with hyper-local geo-targeting and retargeting
• Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLMO to improve map-pack and organic visibility for clients
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking: Meta Pixel/CAPI, GA4, and offline conversion imports so ad platforms optimize toward real closed deals, not just leads
• Build and maintain CRM/lead-routing automations (Zapier/Make-style workflows) for instant speed-to-lead and drip nurture sequences
• Use AI tools for ad copywriting, creative variation, campaign reporting, and performance analysis to increase output per hour
• Track and report CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-close ratios per channel; turn numbers into budget and targeting decisions, not just dashboards
• Brief and QA creative assets (static, carousel, short-form video) with designers/editors or AI generation tools
• Run structured A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and lead forms
• Manage multiple client accounts and budgets in parallel with clear prioritization

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years managing live ad budgets on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with real campaigns you can walk us through (not just certifications)
• Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and basic funnel/CRO principles
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, AI ad-copy or creative tools) as part of the daily workflow, not just aware of them
• Data-literate: can read a campaign report and explain why CPL moved, not just that it moved
• Experience with real estate, local services, or other high-intent lead-gen verticals is a strong plus
• Startup fit: comfortable owning a client's entire digital presence solo, reprioritizing daily as client needs shift, and working with lean budgets and tooling
• Strong written English for ad copy and client-facing reporting; Hindi/Hinglish copywriting a plus for local campaigns

• Fixed monthly salary + incentive tied to client retention and campaign performance
• Direct reporting line to the founder, with room to grow into Head of Performance Marketing as the client portfolio scales
