Job summary

Social Hippi in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Account Manager - Social Media & Digital Marketing to lead our social content team and manage client relationships. This role involves strategy, storytelling, and delivering results for luxury hospitality and F&B brands, with a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will work directly with our founder and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of escalation for client issues and provide weekly updates to the founder.

We’re on the lookout for an *Account Manager-Social Media who’s got the hustle, to manage internal teams and manage clients as well. At the heart of this role is one goal: to help our clients grow beautifully online. Think strategy, storytelling, and smart content that gets results.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday ; Saturdays are half days.

We are on the hunt for a full-time Account Manager - Social Media & Digital Marketing to ideate, to manage and lead our social media & content team. This isn’t your typical gig; it’s a generalist role where you’ll get to dip your toes into multiple businesses, wear multiple hats, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and collaborate with the entire social media team to ensure all promised deliverables to clients are met within promised timelines
• Closely work with clients & social media team on content calendars before they are sent out for internal and external approvals
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure they’re delivering creatives as per the clients brief
• Work on growth strategy, creative concepts, content creation and ideation
• Be the single point of escalation for any escalations from clients
• Report directly to the founder with weekly reviews and updates for all clients
• Smooth account management to ensure there are no escalations from clients side
• Work closely with performance marketing team. Prior experience of understanding meta ads, google ads, and SEO is preferred.
• Work on special marketing campaigns from time to time.
• Work with Social Media team to ensure strategic influencer marketing campaigns are executed smoothly

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven past experience in copy writing , influencer marketing , brand campaigns and account management.
• Ability to manage a team, manage clientsand get work done
• Ability to foster and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Not Afraid to Hustle: This is a fast-moving role that requires energy, passion, and dedication.
• Experienced: You have prior proven team management and leadership experience
• Do not apply if you are looking for a regular 9-5
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry and luxury marketing is a plus
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and marketing strategy
