Job summary

Bosscoder Academy in India is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to own day-to-day paid marketing activities. You will plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling ad assets.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who understands paid marketing, loves experimenting with campaigns, and can take ownership of day-to-day performance marketing activities.

If you have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, can work with creatives, and have a basic understanding of content - we'll love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Conduct basic audience, keyword, and competitor research to improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the creative team or independently work on ad creatives, banners, and campaign assets.
• Have a basic understanding of copywriting/content writing for ad copies, captions, and campaign messaging.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify what's working, what's not, and continuously experiment with new creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and overall campaign outcomes.

What are we looking for?

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, optimisation, and performance tracking.
• Basic content/copywriting skills for ads and social media.
• Comfortable working with numbers and analysing campaign performance.
• A hands-on, experimental mindset with the ability to take ownership of campaigns.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
