Job summary

Growify Digital in Delhi is seeking a Performance Marketer to independently manage and grow campaigns for our luxury fashion and e-commerce brand portfolio.

You will own campaign strategy, execution and optimization across Meta, Google and other paid platforms, track ROAS and revenue, manage budgets, and report results. You'll mentor junior team members and explore AI-enabled reporting and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• What you must have: agency/digital marketing background.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Experience independently managing several brand accounts.

You must have:

• Agency background (performance/digital marketing agency experience is a must)
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts independently
