Job summary

Ops Hive is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer in India to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube. The role focuses on scaling campaigns, generating qualified leads, and improving ROI for coaching and consulting offers.

You will work with the marketing team to conduct audience research, implement funnels, and test creatives while tracking metrics with Google Analytics and Ads Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with coaching, consulting, or info-product businesses preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience scaling campaigns, generating qualified leads, and improving ROI—preferably within the coaching, consulting, or info-product industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube
• Generate high-quality leads and drive conversions for coaching and consulting offers
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and creative testing
• Collaborate with creative and funnel teams to improve ad performance and conversion rates
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency
• Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and tracking platforms
• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns
• Experience working with coaching, consulting, or info-product businesses preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Pixel, and conversion tracking
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling campaigns with monthly ad budgets of $5,000+
• Experience with webinar funnels, lead magnets, and high-ticket offers
• Familiarity with CRM tools and funnel builders (e.g., GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels)
• Understanding of A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels
