Job summary

Marudhar Chemicals is seeking a Performance Marketer to plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google platforms for our ecommerce coatings brands.

You will manage Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and GTM, conduct audience research, run A/B tests, and deliver weekly performance reports. 2–4 years of hands-on experience and strong analytics are required; familiarity with Shopify brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Ads.
• Knowledge of GA4 and GTM.
• Understanding of eCommerce marketing and conversion funnels.
• Experience working with Shopify brands is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Create campaign strategies based on business objectives.
• Conduct audience research and build high-converting targeting strategies.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track conversions using Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.
