Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
• Mandatory experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising.
• Prior digital marketing agency experience is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable campaign results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Develop digital media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, keyword research, A/B testing, and optimization.

• Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
