Job description

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-funnel performance marketing, advanced conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation with a focus on maximising ROI and reducing acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Reddit Ads
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets while achieving lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies for customer acquisition and remarketing.
  • Continuously improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and overall campaign efficiency
• 2. Google Ads
  • Hands-on experience managing:
    • Performance Max (PMax)
    • Demand Gen Campaigns
    • Search Campaigns
    • Display Campaigns
    • Video Campaigns
    • Remarketing Campaigns
  • Build audience strategies using first-party data and customer signals.
  • Optimise bidding strategies, asset groups, audience signals, and conversion goals.
• 3. Meta Ads
  • Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Implement and troubleshoot:
    • Meta Pixel
    • Meta Conversion API (CAPI)
    • Event Matching
    • Server-side Tracking
  • Create and optimise custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies
• 4. Reddit Ads
  • Plan and execute Reddit advertising campaigns.
  • Configure Reddit Pixel and Conversion Tracking.
  • Build subreddit-based audience targeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on engagement and conversions
• 5. Tracking & Analytics
  • Implement complete tracking using:
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Meta CAPI
    • Reddit Pixel
  • Set up and validate:
    • Lead Tracking
    • Purchase Tracking
    • Custom Events
    • Offline Conversion Imports
    • Enhanced Conversions
  • Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies between ad platforms and analytics tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyse funnel performance and identify drop-off points.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, rental, proptech, e-commerce, or lead generation businesses.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms (such as Zoho CRM) with advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with landing page optimisation and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation).
• Knowledge of Looker Studio for dashboard creation.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are an added advantage.
